Description

The project is a partnership between 2 big construction companies (Invest Inşaat) and (Kiptaş) whose administrations belong to The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality.

The total project land area is 49,380 square meters.
It consists of 12 buildings. They are divided into 8 residential buildings containing 754 apartments and 4 commercial buildings containing 306 offices.
In addition, it will contain 44 shops to enrich the project with services such as supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and many commercial activities.

Apartment types will start from 1+1 to 5+1
Areas start from 64.34 square meters up to 329.46 square meters
